JOANNE P. ARMSTRONG
of the Germantown section of Philadelphia, Pa, died peacefully @ 11:18 AM on December 27, 2020 at Einstein Medical Center. Joanne was born March 01, 1950, to Samuel White and Annie Mc Coy. She is survived by her siblings Alice Edney, William White and Jacqueline White of Philadelphia, PA. In addition, she leaves to cherish her memories her nephews, nieces, and host of family and friends.
